Rick Somers Construction designs and builds luxury custom
homes across coastal North County San Diego — including
Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe. As a
design-build firm based in nearby Cardiff-by-the-Sea, we’ve
completed 500+ custom homes since 1985.

Custom homes built for coastal North County

Tight lots, coastal regulations, HOA design review, and
hillside sites are the norm here — not the exception. Our
design-build approach handles architecture, engineering,
permits, and construction under one contract, so nothing gets
lost between a separate architect and builder.
